Brownie is a square piece of baked indulgence. Brownies can be made with chocolate or can be plain; with nuts or chocolate chips… the possibilities are endless.Ā

Brownies are typically enjoyed withĀ  ice cream as a ā€œbrownie a la modeā€, which starts off with a warm brownie, topped with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup or maple syrup to complete it. Finish it off with a cherry on the top… of course !!!Ā

These brownies are decadent with 3 layers of chocolate – large chocolate chips, chocolate chip morsels and raw cacao powder. Next they are naturally sweetened by dates. If that was not enough, it is also made with whole wheat flour. It does not have have butter or sugar or eggs. Flaxmeal is added to substitute for eggs and olive oil delivers on the good fat content.Ā So these brownies are not only vegetarian but also vegan šŸ˜†
