We are Thankful each and everyday to the bountiful blessings – our family and friends 🙏

We are Thankful to our neighbors and the ‘village’ 🙏

This year we celebrated Thanksgiving with our close friends – Friendsgiving 😁

I am humbled to say each and every one of the dishes was completely homemade including our Ice cream.

I am happy to share the menus and the recipes for many of them.

Appetizers –

• Stuffed mushrooms
• Tofu meatballs

Mains –

• Yin and Yang rice
• Eggs poached in a spicy gravy
• Sweet potato and chick pea stew
• Corn au-gratin
• Crostini

Sides –

• Smashed spuds
• Roasted brussel sprouts

The sweet finish –

• Apple crumble
• Honey saffron icecream
