Berry Banana squares - GLUTEN-FREE
These banana berry squares are just a simple variation to humble banana bread. Made with no added sugars - these squares are actually super sweet that they can count as a dessert. Banana, dates, raisins and berries - really do we need any added sugars ?😛 This recipe is completely gluten-free made with oats and almond flour. The flaky oats along with the natural oils of almond flour makes these bar very soft and moist.

- 1 cup Rolled Oats gluten-free
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 3 Banana over-ripened smashed
- 10-15 Dates soaked n blended
- 1/2 Berry Puree optional
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil optional
Mix the first 4 dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, set aside
Mix the next 4 wet ingredients in another mixing bowl
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients bowl and mix until well combined
Grease a bread tray and fill the tray only half way
Bake at 350 degrees hot oven for 30-45 minutes
Check for doneness with a fork coming clean when pricked in the middle of the loaf
Leave it out for 10 minutes to cool off before cutting into desired shape
