Slice oranges - about 4-5 per orange
Arrange them on parchment paper, drizzle maple syrup on both sides; sprinkle paprika and coarse sea salt
Bake at 200 degrees hot oven for 2-4 hours, until the oranges feel brittle and completely dry
Let it cool down completely - about 1-2 hours
Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in a saucepan
Carefully dip the orange slices, only covering half with chocolate sauce
Place it on the cookie sheet with same parchment paper
Put them in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to set
Inspect the chocolate later to be completely dry
Store them in the fridge for 2-3 weeks
These treats will be chewy with a crisp skin
