Banana brownie bites
Relish a brownie filled with banana, dates and topped with peanut butter and walnuts. Simple ingredients and under 15 minutes to assemble.

Dry Ingredients-
- 3/4 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Cacao powder
- 3/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Nutmeg grated
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients-
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 3/4 cup Dates paste
- 2 Bananas very ripe
- 2 tbsps Flaxmeal soak in warm water
- 2 tbsps Peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Walnut pieces
- 2 tbsps Almond milk optional
Mix the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, set aside
Take another mixing bowl and mash the bananas coarsely, add date paste, olive oil and flax meal paste; mix well
Now add the dry ingredients to this mixture and combine well If it seems thick, add the almond milk to loosen a bit Layer a brownie pan with parchment paper and pour the batter and spread evenly
Sprinkle the peanut butter all over; sprinkle broken walnuts all over
Bake at 350 degrees in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a fork at the middle part of the tray. The fork should come out clean
Turn off the oven and leave it in for another 5 minutes to crisp up
Remove and let it cool for 10 minutes
Cut into 1-2 inch squares
