Here is another great weeknight, easy, kid-friendly meal with broccoli nuggets and cherry tomato. A shoutout to Angelic bake house who sprouted flatbreads are simply amazing. I find them nice and chewy and with a great flavor which emanates while baking. It provides an appetizing aroma to the entire kitchen.
This flatbread takes 10 minutes to assemble and 10 minutes to bake. Even a kid could do it. All it takes is spread some of the broccoli bites, sliced cherry tomato and some cheese.
Vegan tip – use vegan cheese slices, cut into shreds and spread
The Crispiness of the broccoli bites with the soft and sweet cherry tomatoes, provide a perfect balance of textures and flavors. I also drizzled some sriracha sauce to provide an extra kick.

Broccoli Cherry tomato flatbread
- 2 Flatbreads
- 1 cup Broccoli bites link provided above
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes sliced
- 2 tsp Sriracha sauce
- Cheese shreds
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
- Assemble the flatbreads with a layer of broccoli and cherry tomatoes
- Drizzle on top with sriracha sauce
- Spread cheese shreds
- Bake for 7-10 minutes until edges are beginning to brown
