5 days – 5 smoothies

Apple Cinnamon smoothie

Ingredients –

  • Apples sliced – 2
  • Slivered Almonds – 1/2 cup
  • Raisins – 1 tbsp
  • Chia seeds – 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon stick – 4 pieces
  • Milk – 2 cups

Procedure –

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and refridgerate overnight.
  2. Morning: Blend everything to a smoothie using a high power blender.
