Apple Cinnamon smoothie
Ingredients –
- Apples sliced – 2
- Slivered Almonds – 1/2 cup
- Raisins – 1 tbsp
- Chia seeds – 1 tsp
- Cinnamon stick – 4 pieces
- Milk – 2 cups
Procedure –
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and refridgerate overnight.
- Morning: Blend everything to a smoothie using a high power blender.
