Kiwi banana pistachio smoothie
- Kiwi – 2 small
- Banana – 1 very ripe
- Dates -5
- Pistachio – 10
- Plain milk – 2 cups
- Chia seeds to mix after blending
- Add all the ingredients BUT chia seeds to a mixing bowl and refridgerate overnight.
- Morning: Blend everything to a smoothie using a high power blender.
- Add the chia seeds on top and let it expand for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy !
