5 days – 5 smoothies

Kiwi banana pistachio smoothie

Ingredients –

  • Kiwi – 2 small
  • Banana – 1 very ripe
  • Dates -5
  • Pistachio – 10
  • Plain milk – 2 cups
  • Chia seeds to mix after blending

Procedure –

  1. Add all the ingredients BUT chia seeds to a mixing bowl and refridgerate overnight.
  2. Morning: Blend everything to a smoothie using a high power blender.
  3. Add the chia seeds on top and let it expand for 10 minutes.
  4. Enjoy !
