Mango Peanut Butter smoothie

Ingredients –

  • Frozen Mango chunks – 2 cups
  • Peanut butter – 1 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Flaxmeal – 1 tsp
  • Cardamom – 4 pieces
  • Orange juice – 1/2 cup
  • Almond milk – 1 1/2 cups

Procedure –

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and refridgerate overnight.
  2. Morning: Blend everything to a smoothie using a high power blender.
