Mango Peanut Butter smoothie
Ingredients –
- Frozen Mango chunks – 2 cups
- Peanut butter – 1 tbsp
- Honey – 1 tbsp
- Flaxmeal – 1 tsp
- Cardamom – 4 pieces
- Orange juice – 1/2 cup
- Almond milk – 1 1/2 cups
Procedure –
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and refridgerate overnight.
- Morning: Blend everything to a smoothie using a high power blender.
