Berry Chocolaty smoothie
Ingredients –
- Mixed berries – 1 cup
- Cacao nibs – 1 tbsp
- Cashews – 10-15
- Dates 5
- Lavender leaves – 10
- Oat milk – 2 cups
- Chia seeds to garnish on top
Procedure –
- Add all the ingredients BUT chia seeds to a mixing bowl and refridgerate overnight.
- Morning: Blend everything to a smoothie using a high power blender.
- Add the chia seeds on top and let it expand for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy !
