5 days – 5 smoothies

Berry Chocolaty smoothie

Ingredients –

  • Mixed berries – 1 cup
  • Cacao nibs – 1 tbsp
  • Cashews – 10-15
  • Dates 5
  • Lavender leaves – 10
  • Oat milk – 2 cups
  • Chia seeds to garnish on top

Procedure –

  1. Add all the ingredients BUT chia seeds to a mixing bowl and refridgerate overnight.
  2. Morning: Blend everything to a smoothie using a high power blender.
  3. Add the chia seeds on top and let it expand for 10 minutes.
  4. Enjoy !
